Return policy

Once you click I agree to terms and conditions at the time of check out while placing your order it is no longer refundable & cannot be returnable without an authorized RMA (return merchandise authorization) from the support department.

Only special occasions are allowed for returning or refunding of any order placed on the web site Support staff reserves the right to determine if a client may return a product for a refund, this is typically only allowed when support feels it’s a fraudulent order or misrepresentation has occurred.

Your changing of mind does not apply here, You must contact support by using the contact us form link on the site and filling in your request form and then an e-ticket will be provided to follow the status of the requested RMA All returns must be authorized by support within the 30 days of ordering, refunds that are authorized by support contain (RMA) numbers issued and are subject to a $42 package inspection fee to cover hazmat protocol for human consumption items, $ 15 shipping fee if USPS shipping was used International orders will have a $42 deducted to cover cost of shipping and handling applied. RMA number is required for all returns without exception. Packages received without an RMA issued will not be considered as returned; the fulfillment center can only inspect and log in packets containing RMA authorizing numbers.

Our shipping facility is a 3rd party fulfillment center, they have hundreds of clients. The only way to assure your return package is credited to your account is following the correct return policies and using our return products RMA system. Removal or alteration of a product’s seal i.e. sticker will automatically be considered as a consumed item and void any possible refunding available under Health and Wellness Online LLC Return Policies.

Products that are returned to Health and Wellness Online LLC with a missing (RMA), damaged or altered bottles, seals or labels will be refused by Health and Wellness Online LLC receiving department. All products purchased at is backed by Health and Wellness Online LLC the product’s manufacturer’s warranty first and foremost. A product that is determined to be defective by the manufacturer or Health and Wellness Online LLC will be qualified for repair/replacement at our sole discretion.

Opened or broken sealed bottles for human consumption dietary supplements will not be taken back for any reason. Will assist the Health and Wellness Online LLC customers whenever possible in order to reach a level of satisfaction with the manufacturer’s policies.
